"Solution" is my favorite word
That word beautifully sums up the "why" behind The Solutionist. From a young age, I was taught to focus on solutions, a mindset that has shaped both my personal and professional success. Still, even when everything in my own life was going right, I couldn’t help but notice that wasn’t the case for everyone around me. Friends would often say, “You can’t fix the world, so stop,” but the truth is—when you see the solution, you can’t hold onto the problem.
That’s how I approach life: I see the solution, and I can’t help but share it.
What started as helping friends figure out which jobs to apply for, prepare for interviews, and even decide where to move, soon grew into something bigger. Requests started coming from friends of friends, until it became a regular part of my schedule. I’d get messages from people I’d never met, saying they heard I could help them figure out which business to start. It became clear that I needed to formalize this work—to manage my time in a way that allowed me to help as many people as possible while still taking care of myself. I believe in living what I preach, which is why work-life balance is just as important to me as it is to my clients.
